When you call our office, we have a brief menu that will direct your call to the right person so we can help you best. For your convenience, below is a list of the menu options:

• Option 4 - For prescription refills, referrals, test results, medical records, and all other calls.

Your NYU Langone Trinity Center physician can mail or call-in prescription refills only if that physician provided the original prescription form. If this is the case, please call our prescription refill number. When leaving a message, be sure to include your name and the appropriate prescription information - name of drug, dose, pharmacy telephone number, etc. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
